These error messages which can occur when attempting to launch the CD-ROM program How Would You Survive are normally caused by a video driver conflict. The solution for these General Protection Faults is to switch the video driver currently being used to a generic super vga video driver. Changing the Video Driver To change the Video Driver do the following:
This video driver seems to conflict with the operation of How Would You Survive?. There is a version 1.5 of this Cirrus Logic video driver available which does not seem to have this conflict. Switching to the super vga video driver should allow you to run the CD-ROM How Would You Survive? without receiving these error messages.
